3 Healthy and Easy Recipes Your Kids Will Love!

Do you have a hard time getting your kids to eat healthy? As parents, we all understand this constant struggle. There are days where it seems impossible. Anything clean and nutritious, seems to NOT be delicious. On top of this, packaged and processed snacks you buy at the store, are filled with artificial ingredients that are harmful to you and your family. There are countless new studies, articles, blogs about recipes you should try, foods you should eat, and foods you should never eat! Everyone is telling you different information on what to feed them, how to feed them, and when to feed them.
It can be very overwhelming at times. To help, we have decided to make it simple. We have searched the internet for you and put together 3 easy recipes and snack ideas for you to feed your kids and family. They are so good, the kids will not even know that they are eating healthy and clean!

1. Frozen Fruit Snacks

These are easy, delicious, nutritious, and look great! They are great for party snacks, or they are great for everyday snacks! Your kids will be eating organic and clean yogurt, and will be eating a variety of organic fruits - begging for more!

1. 1 Container of Organic Greek yogurt - you can pick whatever flavor you want to use!
2. 3 tablespoons of all your favorite organic fruits like, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, mango, kiwi, bananas, and more!
3. Silicone cups.

1. Start by filling a baking pan with the silicone cups.
2. After the cups are laid out, fill the cups halfway with greek yogurt.
3. Now sprinkle your favorite fruits on top of the yogurt cups.
4. Place in freezer until they are frozen, and enjoy!

2. Chocolate Fudgesicles

This is a perfect way to satisfy that chocolate craving, without over-indulging. Making your own popsicles are a easy way to know exactly what is going into your kids bodies. They are free of processed ingredients, dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan!

• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 cup cashews (soaked for 1 hour)
• ½ frozen bananas
• ½ cup cacao powder
• ¼ cup coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

If you want an extra boost of superfoods, add these toppings!
• ½ cup vegan chocolate chips
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• Cacao nibs, shredded coconut, hemp seeds

1. Place all ingredients into high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour mixture into popsicle mold and add sticks. (it is optional to coat the mold with coconut oil for easy removal.)
3. place and freezer and freeze for 4 hours, or overnight.
4. After frozen, remove popsicles and place on parchment paper.
5. melt down chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in microwave.
6. Dip fudgesicles in melted chocolate and add toppings of your choice.

Pumpkin Pie Energy Bites:

With school, work, and family lives to juggle - you and the kids need a pick-me-up. Fall is officially here, and these Pumpkin Bites will not only satisfy your cravings for fall, but they are dairy-free, gluten-free, high in fiber, and vegan. They are packed with protein and nutrients your body craves and needs!

1. 246g (1 cup) 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree
2. 128g (½ cup) Natural Roasted Almond Butter.
3. 2 tsp Vanilla-Flavored Stevia Extract
4. 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
5. ¼ tsp Salt
6. 102g (1 cup) Quinoa Flakes
7. 60g (½ cup) Quick Cooking Oats

1. Mix pumpkin Puree, almond butter, stevia extract, cinnamon, and salt on low.
2. As you are mixing, add the Quinoa Flakes and Oats.
3. After mixing, cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Use a cookie scoop to get the right portion of the mix, then roll dough in your hand, and lay on parchment paper.
5. Serve immediately, or refrigerate and save for later.
